Lindab technology includes all parts of main and additional load-bearing structure of the building, building blocks, and also four types of roof covering and three types of wall covering, including mounting hardware, sealing elements, ASTROTHERM thermal insulation, finishing details and specially developed accessories. Lindab pre-fabricated buildings also include overhead crane rails and mezzanines.
Pre-fabricated building from Lindab light steel structures can be configurated depending on your specific requirements and can have the following:
- clear span without intermediate pillars in cross section ranges from 10 tо 100 meters;
- building pitch ranges from 2 to 33%;
- eaves height ranges from 3 up to 12 meters;
- distance between middle girder ranges from 5 to 12 meters.

Types of pre-fabricated buildings from light steel structures Lindab
Different buildings types of Lindab scope of supply are given below. In a general case the pitch shapes the building outline without parapet. Lindab structures can be equipped with guard rails and sheds (extension of the roof or installed separately) which frame the building fully or partially.
AZM1 – Buildings and facilities made of LMS with clear span, I-type pillars with varying section along the height.
AZM2/3/4 – Pre-fabricated modular buildings with pillars made of welded I-beam section with varying section along the heightс, interior columns made of tubes or I-beams.
AP – Annex to buildings.
AL – Pre-fabricated buildings with lean-to roof with clear span, I-type pillars with parallel lateral shelving.
AE – Pre-fabricated buildings with clear span, I-type pillars with parallel lateral shelving.
AS – Pre-fabricated buildings with large clear span, I-type pillars with varying section along the height.
AT – Pre-fabricated buildings for tennis courts, I-type pillars with parallel lateral shelving, double gabled or multigabled roof. |

Main load-bearing framework of buildings from light steel structures
- anchor bolts, middle girders with clear span or modulated.
- windbreak elements: crossed wind tie rods, wind frame or pillar, based on conditions specified.
- cantilever for laying the overhead crane rails. |

Additional load-bearing framework of buildings from steel structures
- elements from Z, С and U – sections are produced by cold rolling from galvanized sheet steel.
- chief beams, overlapped installed, are perpendicular to trusses, operate as a continuous beam.
- spandrel beams, installed other overlapped from the external side of pillars or installed between pillars, are perpendicular to vertical axis of the pillars.
- assembling is performed with the help of galvanized bolts.

Shaped steel sheet, produced by cold rolling from tinted flat steel sheet. |

ЕURОТЕС wall covering
High-profile steel shaped sheet, produced by cold rolling from tinted flat steel sheet. External surface looks one-piece embossed. Mounting is provided with the help of lateral wing ribs and is not seen from the outside. |

Panels are the same like the ones used in POLAR roof covering. |

SINUTEC wall covering
Corrugated steel sheet, produced by cold rolling from a tinted steel sheet. External surface of the sheet is covered with superpolyether layer. |

SINUТНЕRМ wall covering
Panel consists of two shaped steel sheets covered with protection layer, between the panels there is a PFA layer (without CFC) injected. External side of the panel is corrugated. External surface is covered with superpolyether layer or PVDF. |

Thermal insulation of pre-fabricated buildings made of light steel structures
ASTROTHERM thermal insulation used both in РА, EUROTEC and SINUTEC walls and in PR, ASTROTEC and DSR roofing. It is a layer of soft material which is placed on chief beams or spandrel beams. This material is covered (from the outer side) by thin reinforced fibre-optic film which serves as a vapor barrier insulation.
Overhead crane rails
Lindab buildings with clear span or modular ones are designed considering possibility of installation of overhead cranes or other hoisting mechanisms.
Mezzanines
